Epic Promise
There are many resources that can be found through EPIC Promise, from Educational Grants to getting paid to volunteer for what you love most, to emergency assistance.
EAP
The EAP is available to all employees, your dependent(s) and anyone else who lives with you. Administered by ComPsych, the EAP is a confidential counseling program available to assist with a wide variety of issues we all face from time to time, as well as additional resources you might find useful. All of this is offered at no cost to you.
Our EAP offers six counseling sessions, per plan year, at no cost to you. This no-cost benefit is also available to your dependent(s) and anyone you live with. This allows you to meet face-to-face with a licensed therapist to discuss a variety of issues including:
Stress, anxiety or depression
Relationships
Substance use
Job pressures
Grief and loss
If you need help with more than one issue, you or your therapist can request additional sessions directly from ComPsych. Epic Promise may also be able to help obtain added sessions through an employee emergency relief grant. In addition to confidential counseling, the EAP provides helpful financial planning resources, legal consultation and work-life resources. The work-life resources can be used for everything from finding child or elder care to determining what the best gift is for your niece or nephew.

EAP Preferred Providers
We’ve identified preferred providers in many locations who are familiar with our resorts, our EAP benefit and our culture. You can contact these therapists directly instead of going through ComPsych. And, you don’t need pre-approval - simply contact a preferred provider and schedule an appointment. For our locations that are not listed, we are working diligently to identify Preferred Providers in your area.
Virtual Mental Health Options
As an alternative to traditional face-to-face counseling, you might be able to take advantage of virtual counseling services through video, telephone, or chat/text.
Safe Fit
The SafeFit® Employee Wellness program provides preventative wellness and early intervention evaluation, treatment, and education for management of musculoskeletal injuries. SafeFit® is designed to provide quick, no-cost, access to health care providers in order to improve employee health, reduce health care costs, and reduce lost work time.
