Vail Resorts Login Help

Step 1: If you have not already, you will be required to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This verification uses your phone (mobile or landline) along with your password to confirm your identity. Enroll at mfa.vailresorts.org and see instructions for enrolling in MFA here. You MUST complete MFA enrollment before you can successfully log in to any of the systems above.

Please log in to SuccessFactors, The LIFT, Direct Connect, PeopleSoft HR and PC Punch using your Vail Resorts User ID (your full email address) and network password.

Once you have logged into one, you will be able to move seamlessly between them without entering credentials each time. Your employee ID number will no longer work to access these systems.  Your login username will look like an email (but its not actually an email) and it will be either: first.last@vailresorts.com or first.MI.last@vailresorts.com this should be sent to you, but you can try guessing your own using that information if not.

Here are some helpful guidelines for troubleshooting Vail Resorts User ID access:

  • Clear your cookies and cache. See instructions here

  • If you have not already enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you must do so before you can log in to any SSO system. You can enroll or check and update your settings at mfa.vailresorts.com. You can find instructions for enrolling in MFA here.

  • If you are logging onto a register or other shared machine, always close the browser by keying <CTRL + F4> when signing out.

What you need to know about your new login info: 

  • Employees with a Vail Resorts email address: you will log in using your full Vail Resorts email address. Your password will remain the current Network Login password you use for logging in to your company computer.

  • Employees without a Vail Resorts email address: your new ID was sent to your personal email address on file as well as to your manager overnight.
